When you access the system, it uses the database to open with the default password (12345) already entered automatically.

To change this password for security purposes:

1. Go to the miscellaneous screen under Setup
   
   
   
   
2. In the miscellaneous screen is the password section
   
   
   
   
3. Click the padlock icon or the underlined text beside it.
   
   
4. Enter the new password.
   
   

Note that whatever the password is, the username is always "user".
