For commonly used virtual desktop applications, you can create a shortcut where you can easily access them.

Notice that there are seven buttons labeled Empty by default. These empty buttons are called the shortcut buttons. They are used if you want to directly display certain desktop applications in one click.

To assign:

1. Select the virtual desktop application where the button will be assigned
   
   
2. Click Set Label and enter the label for the shortcut button
   
   
3. Then either click Mark Selected to assign all selected entries or Mark Current to assign only the current (from step #1) entry
