Restrict agents from selected areas

Go to the Agents Privileges screen by clicking the button under the Setup menu
Select the agent in the agent list to be restricted
In the Agents Privileges screen under the Agents tab, the last column located at the center of the screen is a list of areas
Mark the checkbox of the areas you want the agent to be restricted from. Once marked, the agent wont be able to access the area.
Log out the agent by clicking the Log Out button located at the agent information section. This will help the process take effect.

Note: To fully log out the agent, go back to the main screen. Then, exit from the main screen by clicking the Exit menu.
