Prevent contact fields from showing

Contact fields can be invisible to users. This means that the contact field label is there but the user wont be able to see the contact field value.

To do this:

  1. Go to the Agents Privileges screen by clicking the button under the Setup menu



  2. Select the agent in the agent list to be restricted



  3. In the Agents Privileges screen under the Agents tab, there is a list of contact fields with checkboxes. Notice the column under Invisible Field



  4. Mark the checkbox of the contact field you want to be invisible from the agent. Once marked, the value for this contact field will be invisible to the agent.

  5. Log out the agent by clicking the Log Out button located at the agent information section. This will help the process take effect.

     


    Note: To fully log out the agent, go back to the main screen. Then, exit from the main screen by clicking the Exit menu.
