Set required fields in the contact information

To set contact fields as required means it must be inputted. Otherwise, a popup window will show to notify you.

To do this:

  1. Go to the Agents Privileges screen by clicking the button under the Setup menu



  2. Select the agent in the agent list



  3. In the Agents Privileges screen under the Agents tab, there is a list of contact fields with checkboxes. Notice the NOT EMPTY column. 

     

  4. Mark the checkbox of the contact field you want to be required.

  5. Log out the agent by clicking the Log Out button located at the agent information section. This will help the process take effect.

     


    Note: To fully log out the agent, go back to the main screen. Then, exit from the main screen by clicking the Exit menu.
