Purchase Manager

It is a fact that all businesses in the market have lists of purchases they have made from other companies and are stored either electronically or manually. When you purchase items or expect items to arrive such as snail - mailed documents, money deposits, or anything that can have a due date for arriving or when you have items that have an expiration date that needs to be looked after; details about what type of purchase and the date on which the item is due are all very important.

In the Purchase Manager, you can have a list of purchases or items and at the same time have a follow - up of how much the purchases are, when they must be paid, when will the items expire, or when must the purchase arrive to you.

To access, click the Purchase Manager button under Miscellaneous inside the expert view main screen.
