Add a purchased item
  1. Click the Add button

  2. In the Description field, enter the name of the purchased item

  3. Enter the expected arrival date of the purchased item in the Due On field

  4. In the Doc # field, enter the tracking number of the item

  5. Set the status of the purchased item to Open in the Status field

    If the item has already arrived, set the status as Closed

  6. Select the type of the purchased item in the Type field

  7. Enter how you paid the item in the Paid With field

  8. Enter the website where you purchased the item in the Website field

  9. Enter the amount of the item in the Amount field

  10. (optional) Lastly, insert a picture for the purchased item in the Image field. Notice the squared blank space at the top center of the screen area. Right-click on this blank space and select Insert Picture.
