Setting up consultation time to clients

In the expert view main screen, there is a Time Manager icon located below the Basic Contact Information section from the main screen.

Each contacts in the software is provided with the indicated icon. This means that the consultation hours of each client is different from the other

To directly set the consultation time on the client from the main screen without going inside the Time Manager, just click the Time Manager icon. Once clicked, you will be presented with three different options. This time, select START and indicate the description of the consultation

To stop the consultation hour, just click the icon again and select STOP. On the other hand, to select for contacts with open consultation hours, select the SELECT OPENED CONTACTS option.
