To select contacts that belong to the To Do or Done groups:

1. Click the button of the selected group. T if you want to select all contacts assigned to To Do or D to select all contacts assigned to Done
   
   
   
   
2. A window popup will show with selections: Expand, Omit, Selected, and All
   
   Select Expand if you want to add to the currently selected contacts to the selected to-do group.
   Select Omit if you want to omit the contacts under the selected to-do group
   Select Selected to select contacts under the to-do group from only the selected contacts
   Select All to select contacts under the to-do group from all contacts in the system
