Templates to use in autoresponders

When you add autoresponders, make sure the pre-written emails are added in the Templates Manager. These templates will then be sequentially assigned to be sent to contacts. However, to do this, the templates must be set in the Templates Manager to be included in the Auto-Reponder System.

Here's how

  1. Go to the Template Manager

  2. If the template to include is already in the Template Manager, mark the checkbox of the template.

  3. Otherwise, add a template and then mark the checkbox of the template.

  4. To include all template from a category, select a category, click the C button, then click TAG.

    Clicking the TAG will mark the checkbox of all the templates in the selected category.

  5. Once selected template(s) are marked, go back to the Auto-Responder System.

  6. When you add a new email template/autoresponder, you can then click the assign button

     
  7. Once the Assign button is clicked, you can then select the template from the ones you checkmarked in the Templates Manager.
