Add agent tasks to the Task Manager

Agent tasks are similar to the tasks in the Task Manager. The difference is that the tasks in the Agent Task Scheduler are for agents.

You can export the agent tasks to the Task Manager given that the tasks to be exported have a linked contact.

To export, in the Agent Task Scheduler screen, click the button
