Account Payables

Account Payables is part of the software where you can control all your payables including the recurring ones and create checks to pay them in just one click. The software also has an integrated commission system with unlimited levels that is triggered when invoices are paid, automatically creating a corresponding entry in Account Payables.

What is a Payable?

A payable is something that is owed to a person or company and sometimes of recurrent nature that should be paid at a predetermined date. What the Accounts Payable does is to control and manage these payables like salaries, rent or any payments especially payments with recurrent nature so that the payer shall have a reminder of the obligation to pay them.
